Rate Limiting

The maximum query size cannot exceed 50 Mb. If you encounter error 456 and need to make further queries, please contact admin@aimsmedical.ai. Due to the large number of calculations required to estimate the risk of dysphagia, the speed is limited to one query every 2 seconds.

The 2 seconds limit is per consultation, not per patient. If you need to increase the speed, try sending several patients to the same appointment.

If you get the 429 response repeatedly, configure your application to slow down your query. Continuing to send queries repeatedly without slowing down may result in your authentication key being blocked, in which case you should contact us.
